Coming off the back of a 14-year career in the military, Moses Ching is tremendously experienced in the professional methodologies of training.
Yet at the same time, he remains a thoroughly humble and friendly character, giving his clients a sense of ease with which to concentrate on their fitness challenges.
Using an incremental series of fitness milestones, Moses encourages his trainees to witness their own growth and progress. What this achieves is three-fold:
- Each milestone serves as a goal to focus the trainee’s attention;
- Incremental milestones prevent the bar from being raised too high, too quickly; and
- In achieving one milestone after another, the trainee stands to gain a distinct sense confidence, giving them the faith and belief to tackle even greater challenges.
