Job Responsibilities:
- Answering and handling phone calls
- Attend to general enquiries and reception area
- Handle clients’ bookings and appointments tracking
- General office administrative tasks including receiving faxes, filing, purchase of office supplies, office equipments maintenance, receiving mails, arranging courier services
- Assist in HR activities such as maintaining leave record, staff movement and checking claims
- Any other administrative support tasks
Requirements
- Minimum O-Level holder with 2-3 years of working experience as admin assistant and/or receptionist
- Pleasant personality, service oriented and positive working attitude
- Pro-active, organized and sense of responsibility
- Must process good command in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in computer system including MS office
- Singaporeans or SPRs only
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Prepared to work rotating shifts
Carry out general gym floor duties, consultations, assessments, and assisting in fitness operations.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in fitness
- Team player and independent worker
- Motivated, energetic and result-oriented with quest for new knowledge
- Passion in health and fitness is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong service orientation
- Able to work on weekends and pubic holidays
Designs, prescribes, lead and trains clients in the performance of safe and appropriate exercises to effectively lead them to achieve stated goals.
Requirements:
- Relevant certifications and licenses in fitness
- Diploma in sport management or degree in exercise science will be an advantage
- Team player and independent worker
- Motivated, energetic and result-oriented with quest for new knowledge
- Passion in health and fitness is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on weekends and pubic holidays
